Women, smiles and happy energies. This is the city of Ayelet Letovitch

1. Vivian

A happy, joyful, tasty and high-quality cocktail bar. You feel the quality of the raw materials and the high intelligence in mixology. I love that the cocktails are true to the source of their flavors and less sugary, and the happy and energetic energy of Aviv and Hila, which resonates with the other service men and women. I fell back in love with Bloody Mary thanks to them. Market Alley 3

2. Cardinal

I met Cardinal at Eli Trav’s tiny store on Ibn Gvirol. It was like dropping a pearl of good taste. The quality of the chocolate, the flavors of the praline fillings, the aesthetics of everything, the pleasantness of the shops (there is a branch in Hamkin) and the playful delicacy of Eli and Tal that is inherent in all of these. Forever tonka and praline cassis lavender. Ibn Gvirol 60

3. OPA

Our favorite restaurant for really special moments. Let’s start with Shiral and what she knows how to do with vegetables, the way she puts them together, the liqueurs she makes. And I will continue to the warm and cute service, to the great wine list and to the fact that nothing is missing for me and I selfishly eat everything. Surrenders and leaves with a smile from ear to ear. This celebration is a tasting meal accompanied by Riesling of the Giacondas. The pioneers 8

4. WHO WHO

The party of dreams (and thanks to Lilach, Adi and Guy). Chen Elmaleh is on the DJ position and she was joined at the last party by Zenovia – and each time a different DJ artist. Hebrew and Arabic, queers and straights mix on the square. Eastern, Arabic, North African, local, electronic, moving, shaking and joyful music. Search on Facebook to be updated when and where.

5. Sapa

Liat smiles as she serves her grandmother’s Syrian food with a glass of Erak in the setting of a south Tel Aviv bar. I love the nonchalant atmosphere, the outdoor seating, the veal dip with emba or the chubby kokouda. And in general – this combination of grandma’s kitchen in a bar of simple and good drinks is the essence of this city for me. Beit Hebed Alley 3
