Canberra: After winning the second Twenty20 against Australia, England took a 2-0 lead in the three-match series. Batting first in Canberra, England scored 178/7 and restricted the Aussies to 170/6. David Malan, who scored 82 runs in 49 balls, including seven fours and four sixes, and Moeen Ali, who scored 44 runs in 27 balls, shone among the English batsmen. Mitchell Marsh (44) and Tim David (40) fought for the Aussies but to no avail.
