Kannur ∙ Mother and daughter were hacked near Thalassery Usammotta. Indulekha and her daughter Pooja, a resident of Usammotta, were injured. Both were admitted to Indira Gandhi Hospital in Thalassery. The search continues for Jinesh Babu, a resident of Cherukallai, who attacked them.
