Although various programs have been devised for socio-economic and political development of the oppressed sections of the society, more concrete measures are required.
Time has come to make it clear that reservation is given to underrepresented classes to ensure overall development. The full benefits of reservation are yet to reach the grassroots of the society, he said. Vice President Jagdeep Dhankar participated in the event.
