Intel has announced the global availability of the A770 and A750 cards, which are supposed to be the most powerful cards in the company’s ARC graphics card series. The cards will be available from several OEMs in the market, including ASRock, Acer and more.

The base price of the ARC A750 is $289, compared to $329 for the ARC A770. The limited edition A770, from Intel itself, costs $349. And they’re reportedly meant to be a cheaper alternative to NVIDIA’s lowest-end 3000-series GeForce RTX cards.

As you remember, the cards are based on the PCIe 4.0 interface and the Xe-HPG architecture – also known as Alchemist – and both support GPDDR6 memory with a bandwidth of 256 bits. They also support XeSS, Intel’s ray tracing technology.

A770 comes with 32 Xe cores along with 32 ray tracing units and 512 acceleration units, with the chip’s clock speed at 2,100 MHz. It is offered with 8/16 GB of memory and with a memory speed of 560 GB/s. In contrast, A750 comes with 28 Xe cores and 28 ray tracing units, as well as 448 acceleration units. The clock speed is 2,050 MHz and the amount of memory is 8 gigabytes with a speed of 512 gigabit/s.
