Opposition leader VD Satheesan told Manorama News that the case against Eldos Kunnapillali will not be said to be politically motivated. V. D. Satheesan said that Eldos sought an explanation from Kunnapillali. It is not known whether he is in hiding. Other matters arising in connection with the case will also be examined. Eldos Kunnappilly MLA has been charged with rape. District crime branch action is based on the statement of the complainant. The complainant had given a statement that she was taken to different places and tortured. The police will seek permission from the Speaker to take further action against the MLA.
