Women’s IPL Series in 2023 – BCCI Intensity

BCCI plans to host women’s IPL cricket series in March 2023. For a long time, there has been an attempt to have a women’s IPL, like the men’s. In this case, after the Women’s T20 World Cup in February 2023, it has been decided to hold the Women’s IPL in India in March.

In this, a total of 5 teams will participate and it is planned to play two matches each with other teams in round-robin mode. The top team at the end of the league will directly advance to the finals. The second and third place teams will play in the eliminator round. The winning team will enter the finals.

Accordingly, arrangements have been made to conduct a total of 22 competitions including 20 leagues. Also, each team can sign up to 18 players.
