A traditional Jewish festival was celebrated in Jerusalem. The Feast of Tabernacles, also known as the Feast of Tabernacles, is one of the 3 festivals on which the Hebrews were commanded to make a pilgrimage to the Temple in Jerusalem.

People from West Africa, Canada, and many other countries flocked to Jerusalem. Tens of thousands of Jews and Christians took to the streets and paraded with enthusiasm to mark the festival of Sukkah.
