Bagur: An awareness rally was held on the occasion of National Ayurveda Day on behalf of Ayurvedic Department of Government Primary Health Centre, Bagur.
The National Ayurveda Day is going to be celebrated on the 23rd on behalf of the Department of Indian Medicine and Homeopathy, Government of Puducherry.
In view of this, an awareness rally on Ayurvedic medicine was held in Bagur yesterday on behalf of the Ayurvedic section of Bagur Government Primary Health Centre. The rally was flagged off by Anandavelu, Chief Medical Officer, Bagur Primary Health Centre.
Ayurvedic doctor Bhuvaneshwari led the way. Health workers, students of Bagur Kasturibai Gandhi Higher Secondary School, teachers, Anganwadi workers, Asha workers participated in the rally and carried placards on the greatness of Ayurvedic medicine and spread awareness through the main streets.
