He might have won on September 18 if he hadn’t made a mistake in his gait during the Critérium des 5 Ans. Once again driven by his trainer, Jean-Michel Bazire, Herald of Arms (No. 13) was able to show all his potential to win the finest jewel of his career on the occasion of this Group I, disputed by sixteen competitors on the 2,100 m of the big track of Vincennes, after the withdrawal of Landret Hussar (#8) . Despite his initial position in the second line, the winner managed to dominate the favorite, Hohneck (n° 9), once again second after his first runner-up in the aforementioned Critérium des 5 ans.

Despite a remarkable performance, the latter still had to settle for second place. His number behind the autostart, namely 9, obviously didn’t make his job any easier. He is ahead Hip Hop Haufor (n° 17), whose end of race confirms the potential of the Bigeon family trotter. If the winner is trained by Jean-Michel Bazire, it is the same for the fourth, First Blood (#1) and Hooker Berry (n° 4), driven by his son, Nicolas. The racing Zidane thus took three of the five places in this quinté.

Thirty minutes later, Hanna des Molles made a successful debut on the mounted trot, winning the Prix Edmond Henry from start to finish, resisting Happy and Lucky, with the help of Alexandre Abrivard. The podium of this Group II is completed by the resident of Jean-François Senet, Hannahridden by Benjamin Rochard.

Sébastien Guarato wins the UET Grand Prix and the 3-year-old Championship

At the start of the meeting, the UET Grand Prix was won with great ease by Ideal of the Pommeaudecked out in the same colors as Face Time Bourbon. “I am privileged to run for this jersey,” said driver Matthieu Abrivard, delighted. The resident of Sébastien Guarato is clearly ahead of the Scandinavian trotter, Iznogoud Am et Unforgettable, whose end of race did not go unnoticed. After taking the advantage on the plain, the big favorite (9/10), Real Italian was unable to accelerate in the final phase and settled for fourth place ahead of I Want You.

At the end of the evening, coach Sébastien Guarato was again in the spotlight by winning a second Group I thanks to God Zack, driven to perfection by Éric Raffin in the 3-year-old Championship. Adorned with the coat of Jean-Pierre Barjon, the President of Letrot, Juliet Papa Bravo confirms his rise and takes second place ahead of the big favourite, Just A Gigolo, who created the illusion for a better mid-straight classification.
