At least 41 people have been killed in a coal mine explosion in Turkey, President Recep Tayyip Erdogan has said. The incident occurred at a depth of 350 meters in the Bardin province of Turkey. Turkish Interior Minister Suleyman Soylu had earlier said that 58 of the 110 people in the mine when the explosion occurred had been rescued or had left on their own. An investigation into the blast has been launched.
