Riyadh: King Salman’s policy announcement speech outlining Saudi’s domestic and foreign policies tomorrow (Monday). The King will deliver the policy announcement speech by virtually inaugurating the third year of the Eighth Shura Council. Speaker Sheikh Dr. said that King Salman’s policy announcement speech will be a guideline for the approach adopted for legal constructions, analyzes and studies in matters under the jurisdiction of the Shura Council. Abdullah Alusaikh said.
During the second year of the Eighth Shura Council, the Council met 53 times. Meanwhile, 396 decisions were taken and 210 annual reports of government departments were analyzed in depth and decisions were announced along with them. During the past one year, the Shura Council conducted 34 official visits and held partnerships. The Speaker of the Shura Council also said that Parliamentary Friendship Committees held 44 meetings with parliamentary groups of other countries and Saudi diplomats to explain Saudi Arabia’s views on regional and international issues.
