British actor Robbie Coltrane, famous for having notably played the affectionate gamekeeper Rubeus Hagrid in the saga Harry Potterdied Friday, October 14 at the age of 72.
For millions of fans, he was above all Hagrid, the kind and clumsy half-giant who accompanied Harry Potter to the cinema in the eponymous work of novelist JK Rowling. Between 2001 and 2011, Robbie Coltrane played the character in the eight films brought to the big screen.
Apart from this role, the actor writer with the imposing silhouette had also marked the spirits for his role of the villain Valentin Zukovsky in two films of the saga James Bond : GoldenEye in 1995 and The world is not enough in 1999.
