Report on Jayalalitha’s death filed! Referral for inquiry against Sasikala

The inquiry report on Jayalalithaa’s death has been tabled in the Legislative Assembly today.

A commission of inquiry was formed on September 25, 2017 under the chairmanship of retired Justice Arumugasamy, while many people expressed doubts about the death of former Chief Minister Jayalalithaa. After about 5 years, Justice Arumugasamy recently submitted the 600-page final report to Chief Minister M.K.Stalin.

In this case, the inquiry report regarding Jayalalithaa’s death has been tabled in the Legislative Assembly today. This report recommended investigation against 4 people including Sasikala.

Doctor K.S. with Sasikala. Sivakumar, then Health Minister Vijayabaskar and then Medical Secretary Radhakrishnan should be investigated.

And Jayalalitha was taken to the hospital from Boise Garden in an unconscious state. All events are kept secret after he faints.

AIIMS doctors said they came for supervision and did not prescribe any drugs.

While in the hospital, a false statement was made that he could be discharged at any time.

Information such as Jayalalitha and Sasikala did not have a smooth relationship after they got together in 2012 was mentioned in it.

The Health Secretary has been directed to take departmental action on the report of Jayalalithaa’s death.
