Drishyam is a movie made by Mohanlal-Jeethu Joseph and became a huge hit. The film was also remade in several languages. Mohanlal’s character was portrayed by Ajay Devgan as Vijay in Hindi. After Jeethu Joseph made the second part of Drishya a hit last year, that film has also been remade in Hindi. But Ajay Devgn, who plays the lead in the film, claims that there are many differences between the Malayalam and Hindi versions of Drishyam 2.
Last day, the makers of Drishyam 2 Hindi version released the trailer at a function held in Goa. Apart from Ajay Devgn, Drishyam 2 also has a big star cast like Tabu and Shreya Saran. Akshay Khanna, who was not present in the first part, is also a part of Drishyam II. With the release of Khanna’s character poster and others, there were reports that Murali Gopi’s role in Malayalam will be performed in Hindi. But Ajay Devgn announced during the trailer launch that the character played by Akshay Khanna was not in the original part and was newly added.

“Looking at Malayalam, Drishyam 2 has added a lot of new characters in Hindi. Some changes have also been made. Akhaksha’s character is not in Malayalam. Director Abhishekah has brought a lot of changes without losing the spirit of the movie. So I think you will have a new movie watching experience when you watch this movie” said Ajay Devgn.
The film is all set to hit the theaters on November 18. The film is produced by Bhushan Kumar and Krishan Kumar under the banners Viacom 18 Studios, T Series and Panorama Studios. The film is directed by Abhishek Patha. Rockstar DSP has composed the music for the film. The camera is handled by Sudhir Kumar Chaudhary. Apart from Ajay Devgn and Khanna, Tabu also stars in the film. Shreya Saran, Ishita Dutta, etc. are also appearing in other important roles.

The first part of the film was directed by Nishikant Kamath. He passed away in 2020. The film was remade in Telugu, Kannada, Tamil, Hindi and even Chinese. The film was a huge success in all languages. Recently during an Amma’s television stage show, producer Antony Perumbavoor had confirmed that there will be a third part of the scene.
