Fiverr announces “International Freelancer Day”

In celebration of the first International Freelancer’s Day, members of the Fiverr community launched a series of networking events around the world, with the aim of allowing freelancers to get to know, communicate and support each other. The events will be held in a large number of cities around the world: in the United States, Australia, Bangladesh, Pakistan, India, Great Britain and Germany. In addition, Fiverr will launch a social media campaign that will encourage freelancers around the world to share with their audience the reasons why they chose to become a freelancer. They will be invited to complete the sentence, “I chose to be a freelancer because it allows me…” with their unique story.
