Friedenzon Group recently signed with a company APOLLO POWER On a logistics activity agreement for solar panel production machines.
As part of the agreement Friedenzon carried out the import of the containers from the East and Europe including customs clearance for a company APOLLO POWER When the containers are 20 and 40 feet long, as well as containers FLAT Weighing about 27 tons each. The containers contained machinery for the production of solar panels, and they were unloaded and collected from the Haifa port and transported to storage at the Friedenzon terminal.
Friedenzon stated that the containers were transported to the Mevo Carmel industrial area, where the customer’s factory is located, were unloaded at the customer’s site and the containersFLAT 265 tons/meter were lifted using a crane into the production hall. All equipment is unloaded and transported into the production hall using skilled crews and appropriate transportation equipment provided by Friedenzon. It was also reported that the production machines were moved and placed inside the production hall using a hydraulic system MEGA LIFT at the customer’s factory.
The lifting system MEGA LIFT which consists of four pistons (each piston carries about 89 tons) is used for the activity of transporting units of unusual weights using rails. This is a hydraulic system that works even in closed places where access to the crane is limited and transportation of unusual weight is required.
Freedanson uses the system ofMEGA LIFT For activities such as: dismantling presses (about 110 tons), transporting presses into the factory hall, transporting injection machines weighing up to 130 tons and more.
