Abu Dhabi ∙ A new campaign has been launched in Abu Dhabi under the theme ‘One Community’ to promote an inclusive and cohesive society. The campaign was launched by the Department of Community Development (DCD) in collaboration with the Authority of Social Contribution (MAN), Abu Dhabi Sports Council (ADSC) and Emirates Foundation.

It aims to celebrate and promote a diverse and inclusive society through a wide range of opportunities and initiatives. Mohammad Helal Al Balushi, Executive Director of the Office of Strategic Affairs and Acting Executive Director of Community Engagement and Sports at DCD, said the department strives to create an environment that fosters the spirit of social cooperation by building a community.

The campaign is in five languages, Arabic, English, Persian, Urdu and Tagalog, with an aim to reach out to all sections of the society, spread the spirit of teamwork and provide volunteering opportunities to individuals, organizations and special teams. The UAE embraces multiple cultures with different nationalities from around the world.
