The narrator, Abdullah Al-Mukhalid, told the story of a citizen who took his sick daughter to a hospital in Khafji. He was surprised by her pregnancy, and when he decided to end her life, it was a surprise.
Al-Mukhalid said, during an interview with the “Ajaweed” program: “A man took his 27-year-old daughter and took her to one of the Khafji hospitals affiliated with the company in which he works because she suffers from dizziness,” adding:
The doctor asked the girl’s father to do full tests.” He continued: “The girl’s father took the results of the tests, and took them to the doctor to find out the health status of his daughter. The latter told him that his daughter was pregnant. The man was shocked because his daughter is virgin and has not married.”
He pointed out: “The doctor told the girl’s father, that his daughter is pregnant and the symptoms she suffers from are pregnancy symptoms,” noting: “The man, accompanied by his daughter, returned home, and did not tell her mother anything despite the appearance of signs of confusion on him.”
And he continued, “The man took out his pistol at midnight, and put bullets in it, and when the wife noticed him, she asked him (what’s in it?), and he told her that the laboratory report says that the girl is pregnant, and that he wants to end her life.”
And he added:
His wife told him, “Fear God and take her to a second hospital,” and have her tested because your daughter is innocent and clean,” explaining: “The next day, the man took his daughter to another hospital and asked them to do tests for his daughter, and it was found that his daughter has anemia and is not pregnant.” And he continued:
The man conducted multiple analyzes for his daughter in other centers, and made sure that his daughter was not pregnant, then returned to the main hospital, and went to a doctor and told him that he had 5 medical reports proving his daughter’s innocence.
He concluded: “When the doctor confirmed, it became clear to him that the report belonged to another woman, but what happened was due to the similarity of the names between the girl and another woman,” noting: “The man prostrated himself in the doctor’s office after making sure that his daughter was not pregnant.”
