A Maruti car exploded in front of Iswaran temple in Ukkadam Fort, Coimbatore at 4.15 am today. The person in the car was burnt to death. Hearing the noise, the public immediately informed the fire department and the police department.
The police reached the spot and investigated the matter. The fire department was working to extinguish the fire. The initial investigation revealed that the car was broken in two when the cylinder in the car exploded.
Fingerprint experts, bomb disposal squad police and sniffer dogs were called to the spot and investigation was conducted.
In this case, it has been revealed that the name of the deceased is Jamosa Mubin. It has been revealed in the preliminary investigation that he belongs to Ukkadam GM Nagar Fort Putur area and used to sell old clothes. Special police are investigating his background.
