14 people have died after a boat caught fire in Indonesia.
Indonesia is a country famous for its islands. The public transportation of the people in many of the islands here is done by boats. And many tourists come here to enjoy the Indonesian islands.
In this case, the passenger ferry “KM Express Cantica 77” was traveling from Kubangil town in East Nusa Tenggara province to Kalabahi area.
Out of which, 240 people including 230 passengers have traveled. In this situation, while the boat was sailing in the middle of the sea, the boat unexpectedly caught fire and crashed. It has been reported that 14 people have died in this boat accident.
Also, 226 people have been rescued, the Indonesian rescue team said. Officials said they are investigating the cause of the accident.
