“It’s decided, bye-bye Paris! This “goodbye”, many Ile-de-France residents want to shout it, according to an online survey carried out by LinkedIn News among its members, from October 13 to 18 and having collected more than 10,000 votes and more than 500 comments, in partnership with Le Parisien – Today in France. To the question “Do you plan to leave the Paris region in the near or distant future?” 64% answered in the affirmative. 17% plan to pack their bags “within the year”, 29% want to do so “within two to five years”, and 18% “within ten years”.
