It took some forty-five minutes for the France 2 journalist, Caroline Roux, to address the issue of the climate emergency, questioning Emmanuel Macron on electric vehicles and the delay taken by France in this area, a delay that immediately recognized the Head of State.

He also stated that he wanted to reserve the aid for “vehicles produced in Europe”lamenting that it is “open to all winds”unlike China and the United States, which protect their producers.

And when, in conclusion, Emmanuel Macron summarized the course to be taken for the years to come, he proclaimed that he wanted “a stronger country productively, scientifically”, “a stronger France to be fairer and more peaceful”. Forgetting the transition of the economic model vaunted in Glasgow during COP26, the 1is November 2021.
