A resident of the village of Novobureisky, Amur Region, will be prosecuted for an attack on a paramedic.
As established by the police, the call to the ambulance station arrived on November 16. While the ambulance team was working, there was a conflict between the paramedic and the woman who was in the apartment. She insulted the paramedic, tore off his mask and scratched him.
The Ministry of Internal Affairs for the Amur Region reported that the woman had previously been brought to administrative responsibility because of beatings.
Soon the police will hand over the documents to the magistrate’s court, which will decide the issue of bringing the Amur woman to justice under article 116.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation “Beating by a person subject to administrative punishment.” She can also be punished under an administrative article on insult; to resolve this issue, the case materials will be sent to the prosecutor’s office.
