Another man has been arrested in Kattankudy on charges related to Zahran Haseem, who is believed to be the mastermind behind the Sunday attack.
The suspect has been arrested by the Terrorism Investigation Division, police said.

Zahran Haseem, who is said to have led the terrorist attacks in Sri Lanka in 2019, has committed suicide by carrying out a suicide attack.

The Terrorist Investigation Division (TID) arrested another person in Kattankudy yesterday on suspicion of complicity in Sunday’s attack.
The arrested 36-year-old suspect is said to be of Kathmandu origin.
Police said he was arrested based on information already received from suspects already arrested in connection with the attack.
