Actress Samantha shared the information that she is suffering from myositis. Samantha noted that she was diagnosed with the disease a few months ago and thought that she would be able to open her mind after she had fully recovered. But she added that the disease has progressed more than what she thought and the doctors say that she will recover as soon as possible. Myositis is a condition in which the muscles become weak.
‘Your response to the trailer of Yashoda is very encouraging. It is your love that gives me courage in the challenges that life continually presents. A few months ago I was diagnosed with myositis.
I thought I would share this information with you after I recover from my illness. But it went further than I thought. It is slowly being realized that it is not always necessary to take drastic steps. I still struggle with accepting vulnerability. The doctors are confident that I will be completely healthy soon.
Life has good days and bad days, physically and mentally. Some days it may seem insurmountable, but somehow it will pass. I can only imagine that I only have one more day left to recover. Love to all. This time will also pass,’ noted Samantha.

The trailer of Samantha’s new film Yashoda was out the other day. Malayalam star Unni Mukundan is also playing a lead role in the film.
The film will release on November 11 in Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam and Hindi languages. Produced by Sivalenka Krishna Prasad under the banner of Sridevi Movies Productions, the film is directed by Hari and Harish.
