Clarity, transparency, openness to the city… After fifteen years of work, the emblematic Richelieu library has completely reopened its doors in the heart of the capital. The architects of this committed metamorphosis to better meet public expectations? The Bruno Gaudin workshop, as well as the chief architects of historical monuments, Jean-François Lagneau and Michel Trubert, in charge of the delicate restoration of the decorations of the listed spaces (Mansart gallery, etc.). Among the novelties, the entrance created on the Vivienne garden, designed and laid out with bricks by Gilles Clément.
