Ambulancezorg Limburg-Noord and the ambulance service of the GGD Zuid Limburg will merge on 1 January 2023. As a result, Limburgers can also count on high-quality ambulance care in the future. Since 2016, there has already been one ambulance care dispatch center for the whole of Limburg and soon there will also be one ambulance service.
Ambulancezorg Limburg is a flexible organization and is able to adapt to the changing healthcare landscape and the changing demand for care as a result of, among other things, increasing aging and healthcare consumption. Ambulancezorg Limburg’s focus is more care-oriented than transport-oriented.
