The private school is located in Krishnasipatnam area of Pudukottai district. From this school, school principal Mohammad, teachers Karthika, Sandhya and 6 school students were going in a van to visit Manora. This van is done by Mohammad Otti. In this case, while turning right to Manora from East Coast Road, the car speeding towards Mamelgudi swerved and hit the van.
The school principal, Karthika and Sandhya, who were seriously injured in the accident, were rescued by the neighbors and admitted to the hospital for treatment. There the treatment was unsuccessful and Mohammed died miserably. Fortunately, the students survived the accident unharmed. The police have registered a case and are investigating.
