Services Sector’s Trade Expectations Positive – Survey

by time news
Trade expectations for the services sector in Singapore remain positive this quarter, a survey has revealed.

But it is less than the rate recorded last year.

A report released by the Department of Statistics noted that 23 percent of companies expect business in the services sector to improve and 14 percent of companies expect the business situation to worsen.

Most companies in the service sector expect a good business environment for the period from October this year to next March.

But the positive trend is not seen in the overall trade and property market sectors.

The Business Prospects Survey for Services is conducted 4 times a year.
