Accordingly, on October 24, 10 ornaments made of silver and bronze were seized from the Shanthinath Digambara Jain temple within the police station control area of Lamtha in Balaghat district of Madhya Pradesh.
After stealing the temple items, the thief faced many hardships and troubles, so he thought that he should put it back in the temple, and thus he kept the forgiveness bite.
Meanwhile, the Jain family saw an unidentified bag kept outside the panchayat office in Lamda area last Friday, which contained stolen temple items and a letter.
Superintendent of Police Vijay Thabar, who immediately informed the police and conducted an investigation, came to know about the above incident. After this, in that letter of the thief, “Forgive me. Unknowingly, I stole temple items. I have suffered in many ways because of this.” Vijay Thabar said that it was mentioned.
After that, the police recovered the decorative items and said that they are in the process of catching the thief who showed up at the temple.
