The American actress and model Jenny McCarthy turns 50 today. She was born in Chicago on November 1, 1972 to a working-class family (she is the second of four daughters). She attended Southern Illinois University in Edwardsville to become a nurse. To pay for her studies she decides to pose for Playboy and within a few months – in October 1993 – she gets her first cover. She will later become a playmate in 1994, and this is not her only curiosity about her.
