Even though Mammooka came, Sureshetan did not come for the film’s puja; The reason he said was: Director Samad Mankada

Kitchamani MBA was a film directed by Samad Mankada starring Suresh Gopi. Navya Nair, Biju Menon and Kochin Haneefa were the other lead actors in the 2007 film.

Samad Mankada is now talking openly about some of his experiences during the shooting of the film and about Suresh Gopi not coming for the pooja of the film. He was speaking in an interview given to Master Bin Channel.

“It was a new subject and a new person wanted to do it. It was a time when Sureshetan used to entertain Malayalees through action movies with long dialogues.

So decided to tell the story to Sureshetan. Pulli wanted to do this. Till then, the man who had carried out the action with a gun was carrying out the action without taking any weapons.

There were three fights but none of them had weapons. Even Pulli’s action had comedy. Sureshetan acted in that film in a very flexible manner.

The puja of the picture did not get a spot. Sureshetan had earlier said that I don’t go to any pooja and my film’s pooja, so I won’t come to the pooja. It seems that Pullik was thinking that if Pooja comes, the film will be a flop.

Mammooka came for Pooja. Mammooka came in his own car and participated in the puja full time, blessed us, helped us in everything and drove back to Pulli himself,” said Samad Mankada.

Samad Mankada added that it was actor Kochin Hanifa who helped him in the making of the film and till its final stages and he owes the most to him and the film Ee Kichhamani is his blessing.
