Highlight

• The text chat is divided into three drop-down menus to allow precise control over the types of chat you want to participate in: quick chat, match, and group chat
• Expanded voice chat controls
• A new setting has been added to enable or disable player-to-player trading

Changes and updates

Changes to Quick Chat and Text Chat (Settings -> Chat -> Quick Chat and Text Settings)

• The ‘Tactical quick chat only’ option has been replaced by the ‘Block non-tactical quick chat’ checkbox
• When selected/enabled, only the following list of quick tactical chats will appear:
  • it’s all yours
  • thump!
  • Centering!
  • protector…
  • Forgery.
  • Go for it!
  • Understood!
  • in position
  • Enter!
  • Need reinforcement!
  • to your left
  • It’s on your right
  • pass!
  • Experiment!
• When checked/enabled, you will still see quick tactical chats when used by players on the opposing team
  • Example: The opposing player uses a “fake.” A quick conversation when a compliment or a quick response is meant
  • To prevent an opponent’s quick chat from appearing, see below for instructions in the Quick Chat dropdown menu

  • Allow quick chat with team members only
  • Allow quick chat with anyone (outside)
• Chat dropdown added. The dropdown options include:
  • Allow text chat with everyone
  • Allow text chatting with friends and colleagues only
  • Allow text chatting with friends only
  • Allow text chat with anyone (Off)
• Party Chat dropdown added. The dropdown options include:
  • Allow group text chatting with everyone
  • Enable group text chat with friends only
  • Allow group text chatting with no one present (off)
• Depending on your account’s parental control settings, you may not see all the chat options available in each category

Voice Chat (Settings -> Chat -> Voice Chat Settings)

• The “Enable Voice Chat” checkbox in Settings -> Chat in the drop-down menu has been replaced. The dropdown options include:
  • Allow voice chat with everyone
    • Allows voice chatting between viewers in private games
  • Allow voice chatting with friends and colleagues only
  • Allow voice chatting with friends only
  • Allow voice chatting with anyone (Off)
• Depending on your account’s parental control settings, you may not see all the chat options available in each category

Player-to-player trading

• Under Settings -> Interface, a checkbox has been added for “Enable player-to-player trading”
  • This checkbox determines whether you can initiate or accept trade orders
  • When disabled/unchecked, you will not be able to trade with other players

Shop Items

• When you make a purchase, the account username is now displayed in the purchase confirmation pop-up
• Added text regarding refund policy for items and packages purchased with money instead of in-game credits (eg: Painted Prestige Bundle, Season 8 Elite Pack)

Bug fixes

• [Xbox] Fixed a stuttering and/or lag issue experienced by some players on Xbox consoles in the first 10-20 seconds of online games
• [Xbox] Fixed a bug that prevented some Xbox players from seeing in-game friend requests, club invites, and party invites
