Prisoner Transfers Cause Wave of Terrorist Attacks in Ecuador

Since October 31, Ecuador has been living a night of terror that never ends. On that day, the government of President Guillermo Lasso announced the transfer of at least 515 detainees from the prison of Litoral, in the south-west, to other establishments in the center of the country.
