Khushbu has lodged a complaint with the National Commission for Women against DMK executive Saithai Sahit, who made controversial remarks about BJP women executives.
DMK leader Saidai Sahit had controversially talked about BJP women executives in a meeting. Following this, National Commissioner for Women Rekha Sharma filed a complaint in the Tamil Nadu Police Commissioner’s office to take action against her. In this case, Khushpu has filed a complaint to meet Commissioner Rekha Sharma at the office of the National Commission for Women in Delhi to take action against Saidai Sahit.
Later, Khushbu told reporters, “During an event, a DMK official was slandering women executives from BJP, and the minister was also on the stage. But then he didn’t listen to it and said that only after waking up after four days of sleep, he called the concerned administrator alone and scolded him.
I know for sure what the mentality and upbringing of such men are like when they not only enjoy listening to me speak slander in front of everyone in a public gathering, but also report that they have called and insulted me in private, but also accuse me of wanting publicity in this matter.
Those who have grown up in good circumstances do not abuse women and do not enjoy listening to them talk. I have filed a complaint with the National Women’s Commissioner Rekha Sharma regarding this matter,” he said.
Speaking on the Khushbu issue, National Women’s Commissioner Rekha said that while a letter had been written to the Tamil Nadu Police requesting appropriate action against the DMK leader Saidai Sadiq involved in the matter, Saidai Sahit will be summoned to appear in person and give an explanation in this matter.
