Today, we have new information about the Vivo X90 Pro Plus but it’s not official, so we’d better treat it with a bit of caution. This leak was made by TechGoing and to be honest with you we are not sure how credible and accurate this leak is.

The source claims that the phone will have a 6.78-inch Samsung E6 AMOLED display with QHD + resolution and 120Hz refresh rate.
The source states that the screen will be curved and will have a high-frequency 1440Hz dimming chip to protect the eyes. It will definitely support LTPO technology to deliver dynamic refresh rates.
In terms of performance, the phone is likely to be equipped with the Snapdragon 8 Gen2 SoC which is the next flagship processor of Qualcomm that has not been officially revealed yet.
According to the leak, the base model in the series “Vivo X90” is said to have Qualcomm’s next Dimensity processor.
Let’s talk about the most important part, which is the phone’s visual capabilities. Based on the source, the phone will have a 1-inch 50-megapixel Sony IMX989V sensor. It is the same sensor used in the Xiaomi 12S Ultra phone.
However, we are not sure what the ‘V’ suffix in the sensor name stands for. Sony may have added some subtle changes to the sensor for Vivo.
Regardless of the main camera, the phone will also have a 48-megapixel IMX 598 ultra-wide lens, a 50-megapixel portrait camera, and a 64-megapixel OmniVision OV64A telephoto camera that supports 3.5x optical zoom and 10x hybrid zoom. The source also mentioned that the phone will have a dedicated V2 ISP image processor from Vivo.
In addition, the phone is expected to have LPDDR5X RAM and UFS 4.0 internal storage.
