Drought kills 205 elephants in 6 months – Tragedy in Kenya | 205 elephants died in 6 months due to drought

Amid the worst drought in 40 years, elephants are dying in Kenya, according to the World Wildlife Fund (WWF).

WWF has shared video footage of many elephants and baby elephants struggling to stand due to lack of adequate water and food.

In this situation, 205 elephants have died due to drought in the last 6 months alone, Kenya’s Tourism Minister Benina Malonza has said.
