Malayalam’s favorite Kani Kusumi to Bollywood. Richa Chanda and Alifasal made their Bollywood debut with Girls Will Be Girls. Directed by Suchi Thalati, the film is being shot in Uttarakhand. The film tells the story of Mira, a sixteen-year-old girl who lives in a boarding school in the Himalayas. Girls is a remake of the 2003 English film Wilby Girls.
Kani made his film debut with Anyar, which was released in 2003. Later he acted in many films like Kerala Cafe, Shikar, Cocktail etc. She won the state award for best actress for the film Biryani. Vichitram is the film starring Kani who has finally hit the theatres.
