Peasant dress was worn as a traditional dress in many countries like Mexico, Russia, Hungary, Ukraine and Greece. This dress has elastic around neck, stomach and arm ends. This model is available in puff sleeve and full sleeve with shorter sleeves. The 1918 Hollywood movie Gypsy Blood released the pesant as a popular fashion.
Voile, thin cotton with air movement, and flowy fabric are used for this model. So it is also a fashion that shows the shape of the body. Long pesant dresses and blouses with embroidery remain the traditional dress of many countries even today.
