Mysterious person who opened fire with Flare Gun…13 killed – Terror in nightclub
13 people died in a fire at a nightclub in the Russian city of Kostroma. A fire broke out early in the morning in the building which was functioning with many facilities like cafe, night club and bar. 13 people were burnt to death and 250 people were safely evacuated from the building. The investigation has revealed that the sudden fire accident was caused by a person shooting with a flare gun, which emits fire and creates a warning light in times of danger. Police are actively investigating the person involved in the incident.
