Securing transactions, hunting down rogue organizations or banning cold calling: since the start of the school year, the government and the majority have been firing on all cylinders to protect the 40 million beneficiaries of a personal training account. A new regulatory measure is in preparation, but in a much less favorable direction for those concerned, according to our information. Under the guise of promoting professional integration but also (or above all) of reducing expenses, it would be a question of applying a remainder to be paid on each purchase of training.

“A reflection is actually underway on the participation of the user in the management of part of his training for regulatory purposes”, confirms a spokesperson for the Minister of Vocational Training and Education , Carole Grandjean. No rate or quantification has however been “discussed or agreed” with the social partners or the representatives of the training organizations, she adds.
