Samsung releases Android 13 for Galaxy S20, S21 and Note 20

After the first round of updates that reached the Galaxy S22 series, Samsung (Samsung) also started updating its older models and according to reports these are the Galaxy S21 series alongside the Galaxy S20 and also the Galaxy Note 20 model.

As of today, the update to the Galaxy S22 has already reached some of the devices in Israel, while Samsung has not yet released an update to the Galaxy Z Fold 4 and Z Flip 4. Instead, those who will enjoy the One UI 5 version before that are the models of the last two years.

Among the One UI 5 innovations that it announced in the announcement come directly from the Material You design system, with different elements in the applications that are repainted according to the background colors. A new and richer system of applications allows viewing information in real time without the need to log in to the applications, and in the settings menu all the menus related to security and privacy have been grouped together in one place and the current security status of the device.

First device owners in Europe will be updated and later the update will be gradually distributed to all models. You can check if the update has already reached your device by entering the settings menu > Software updates > Download and installation and check there if there is an available update.
