A recent medical study links panic attacks with nutrition

A large number of researchers and scientists have dedicated their careers to trying to understand why millions of people around the world suffer from anxiety, stress and panic attacks, especially as the numbers are increasing exponentially every year.

At the outset, we note that about 264 million people around the world suffer annually from anxiety and its consequences, such as insomnia, increased heart rate, sweating, trembling and difficulty concentrating, and that “all these consequences affect one way or another on the areas of one’s life.”

There are many theories about the original cause of anxiety, including genetics, environmental factors or other medical factors, but studies and research have not yet definitively proven any theory.

A recent study, conducted in Japan, linked human nutritional deficiency and mental health, which means that it is possible, over time, to be easily treated. The study said that low levels of vitamin B6 and iron may lead to chemical changes in the brain, which increase the risk of panic attacks, hyperventilation and all other forms of anxiety.

Research was conducted on twenty-one participants, and found that people who complained of anxiety had lower levels of vitamin B6 and iron, compared to other people.

A medical study revealed that psychological anxiety is genetically able to pass from father to son, which means that people’s character does not arise only from the situations they are exposed to during their lives, but may be an ancient inheritance that has nothing to do with them.
