Berlin – According to the Senate Department for Urban Development, two building permits have been issued on the basis of the development plan at the Humboldthafen in Mitte, which has been declared invalid by the court. The buildings that have been erected in the meantime, including apartments with a view of the harbor basin, are not black buildings. “The buildings erected on the basis of the original development plan were legally permissible at the time of the application for the building permit and are therefore legally erected buildings,” said the Senate Department on Thursday.
