Chidambaram: Supreme Court and ICourt have confirmed that Chidambaram Nataraja Temple belongs to Dikshitars. But it is painful for the minister to say that ‘we are taking action only according to the law,” said lawyer Chandrasekaran.
He said.

On behalf of Chidambaram Nataraja Temple Dikshitars, lawyer Chandrasekaran gave an interview yesterday: In the administration of Chidambaram Nataraja Temple in Kadalur district, the Hindu Charity Department has been disrupting and taking illegal actions for the last few months.
Objections and responses have been given on behalf of public Dikshitars. Recently, under the Prevention of Child Marriage Act, arrests, violations of human rights and prohibited experiments have been carried out to affect minors.
Objections have been raised on behalf of Dikshitars in public.

As the Tamil Nadu government is intent on investigating all those cases, a request has been made to conduct an impartial investigation. The affected Dikshidars have sent a letter to the National Child Welfare Board.
Now, in the last reply letter sent on the 3rd, we have clearly stated the relevant documentation as to how the temple was affected by the Dikshitars.

Mainly, we have clearly mentioned what the then Collector published in the Tennargarh District Gazette 1௮78, and according to it, Dikshitars are amenable to the temple.
We have also quoted the judgments as the Supreme Court and ICourt judgments have confirmed this. However, without accepting the answer given by us, we repeatedly wrongly said in public, ‘The temple is not accessible to Dikshidars; It is painful for the minister to say that we are taking action according to the law
He said, “If the Hindu Endowments Department again takes steps to interfere with the temple administration, we will file a contempt of court case. We will consult legal advisors and take legal action.”
