On Friday, the final day of the Asian Archery Championships, India won 2 medals, 2 silver and 1 bronze.

The Asian Archery Championships were held in Dhaka, Bangladesh. On Friday, India defeated a strong Korean team in the Ottawa Recove Division on the final day.

The Indian teams lost in the final round. In the Ottawa division, the Indian team comprising Olympian Praveen Jadhav, national champion Bharat Salunke and Kapil lost 2-6 to the Korean men and won the silver.

In the women’s event, India, led by Angita Bhagat, Madhuvedwan and Rithi, lost 0-6 to Korea on Friday.

Angita Bhagat-Kapil defeated Uzbekistan 6-0 to clinch the bronze medal in the mixed doubles event.

Jyoti Sureka won the gold in this competition. India won 1 gold, 4 silver and 2 bronze medals.
