Yangon: Myanmar frees former British diplomat and Japanese director who was mentor to Suu Kyi, Australian academic This was reported by MRTV, the national media of Myanmar. 5774 prisoners will be freed including Australia’s Sean Turner, Japan’s Toru Kubota, Britain’s Vicky Bowman and American citizen Kyo Hitai Oo.
