Kozhikode ∙ An unknown gang took a young man in an auto and abandoned him in the bush after lying bleeding for three hours at the Kadavarantha. After two hours, the police came to know about the information and took him to the hospital, but he could not be saved.
Aadhaar card in the name of Thrissur Perinjanam Kovilakam KT Rajkumar was recovered from the dead body. Jayaprakash, a native of Tamil Nadu’s Goodalur, who is believed to be an acquaintance of the deceased, has been taken into custody by the police. The young man was seen in a comatose state at 6 o’clock yesterday morning at the shop window at Arajittupalam Junction.
Passers-by and employees of some nearby shops saw him lying bathed in blood for three hours, but no one took him to the hospital or informed the police.
