Information about the medical center for the treatment of the mind and soul in Beer Ya’akov / Nes Ziona
The largest psychiatric hospital in Israel. The hospital was created from the union of three separate psychiatric hospitalization sites in Nes Ziona, Beer Ya’akov and Magen-Nitzan prison in Ramla
(a division belonging to the prison service), as well as a community service system, which includes eight outpatient clinics throughout the region.
The medical center is affiliated with the Tel Aviv University School of Medicine.
The center’s community structure is designed to provide diagnosis, treatment and prevention services in the field of mental health throughout the region. It includes, in addition to the outpatient clinics on the campuses of Beer Ya’akov and Nes Ziona, also clinics in Rehovot (children’s clinic and preschool clinic) Ramla, Lod, Yavne and Modi’in-Maccabim-Reot.
